These terms are an agreement between you and LemonSolo ("we", "us") covering your use of the FrameFluss Android application ("FrameFluss", "the app") and the lemonsolo.com website. By installing or using FrameFluss you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Your licence to use FrameFluss
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use FrameFluss on devices you own or control, for personal or commercial creative work. This licence is granted for as long as you comply with these terms.
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
- redistribute, resell, sublicense or rent the app;
- remove or obscure any proprietary notices, or repackage the app under another name; or
- use the app to break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.
2. Your content is yours
You own everything you create with FrameFluss — every frame, clip, audio layer and finished export.We claim no ownership, no licence and no rights over your work. Because your content never reaches us, we could not use it even if we wanted to.
You are responsible for what you record and for having the rights to any material you import into a project, including music, images and the likeness of anyone who appears in your footage.
3. Back up your work
FrameFluss stores your projects on your device. We hold no copy and operate no cloud backup, so we cannot recover your work if your device is lost, damaged or reset, if you uninstall the app, or if you clear its data. Export finished work and keep your own backups of anything you care about.
4. Testing releases
FrameFluss is currently distributed through Google Play closed testing. Pre-release builds may contain defects, may change without notice, and may produce projects that a later version cannot open. Do not rely on a testing build for work you cannot afford to lose.
5. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop distributing or supporting the app. We will give reasonable notice on this website where we practically can. Nothing here obliges us to provide updates or support indefinitely.
6. Third-party services
FrameFluss is distributed through Google Play, and your use of the store is governed by Google's own terms.
7. No warranty
FrameFluss is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, projects, footage, profits or opportunity, arising from your use of FrameFluss. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 25.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory consumer rights available to you in your country of residence.
9. Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms. Sections 2, 7, 8 and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your local law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above will change, and continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
